The objective of this activity is to find a permanent solution to the problem, implement the same, and validate if the problem is fixed. |

Description
Problem resolution occurs either when a successful permanent solution has been applied to remove the root cause or a
decision has been taken not to pursue the permanent solution instead live with the existing workaround which is agreed and
approved by the Client. Whenever there is a change in the functionality, a Request For Change (RFC) must be raised and
approved before applying the resolution.
Once identified, the permanent solution(s) offered as a part of the assessment should be implemented and the results should
be reviewed to validate that the root cause is eliminated.
